No — zero markup, ever. Your club connects its own Stripe account and pays only Stripe’s standard processing fee. Wild Apricot charges +20% of your subscription to use your own gateway, and Join It takes 1.5–3% of every transaction. On $10,000 of yearly dues and events, those markups cost $150–$450 — with MemberDay it’s $0.
Can members pay by ACH or bank transfer?
Yes. Members can pay invoices online by credit card or ACH bank payment, and treasurers can record cash or check payments manually.
Can we bill different amounts to different member types?
Yes. Billing profiles support different dues levels for member types, and you can adjust individual invoices before sending.
