Yes — white-glove migration is included with every new MemberDay subscription. No setup fees, no migration fees, no fine print.
What data can you migrate?
Your full roster: members and non-member contacts, with contact details and member types. Other data — event history, financial records, documents — doesn’t import as live data today, but you can keep those exports in your MemberDay File Manager so nothing is lost. Send us what you have and we’ll tell you exactly what will come across before we start.
How long does it take?
Most clubs are fully migrated within a week of sending their data — well inside the 45-day trial, so you can evaluate MemberDay with your real club data.
What if we only have spreadsheets?
Perfect — spreadsheets are the most common starting point. Send what you have and we’ll organize it into MemberDay for you.
What happens to our data if we ever leave?
