How does the free trial work?
Every new club gets 45 days free with the full Plus feature set — no credit card required. At the end you pick the plan that fits; if you do nothing, you’re never charged.
What’s the difference between Core and Plus?
Core covers the essentials: members, dues and online payments, events and registration, email, MemberChat, committees, files, tasks, and the mobile apps. Plus adds meeting check-in, the AI-assisted survey and form builder, the collaborative document creator, and the AI assistant (rolling out to Plus subscribers now) — and new AI features land in Plus.
Do you really add no fees on payments?
Really. Your club connects its own Stripe account, and members’ dues and event payments go straight to it. You pay only Stripe’s standard processing fee (about 2.9% + 30¢ for cards), which applies on any platform. MemberDay adds 0%.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are 11× the monthly price — one month free. Core is $319/yr instead of $348, Plus is $539/yr instead of $588. Add-ons get the same deal.
Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
No contracts, ever. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans simply run out their term. You can export your member data whenever you like — it’s yours.
What does a typical club actually pay?
Most clubs run on Core at $319/yr all-in — no setup fee, no per-member charges, no payment markup. A club with a public website typically adds the Website Builder for $110/yr. Use the calculator on this page to compare your total cost against other platforms.
What size clubs is MemberDay built for?

Do add-ons require a specific plan?
