For Kiwanis clubs

Kiwanis club software from people who know Kiwanis inside out

MemberDay’s founder built his first club tools as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Keene, NH, served as Chief Technology Officer at Kiwanis International, and ran Portalbuzz — the platform Kiwanis clubs across the world relied on. Nobody builds software closer to how a Kiwanis club actually runs.

The deepest Kiwanis roots in club software

From the Keene Kiwanis meeting where this started in 2003, to leading technology for Kiwanis International, to Portalbuzz serving Kiwanis clubs worldwide — this team has spent two decades on Kiwanis problems. When Portalbuzz shut down in 2024, we built MemberDay so those clubs would always have a home.

Our story since 2003 →

Sound familiar?

Secretary and treasurer overload

Rosters, dues, meeting minutes, event sign-ups — the same two officers juggle it all across spreadsheets, email threads, and paper.

October handoffs drop the ball

New officers inherit the club every administrative year. Without a system, history and momentum leave with the outgoing board.

Your club’s work is invisible

Service projects happen, photos get taken — and none of it reaches your community or prospective members if the club website is stale.

Our Simi Valley Kiwanis website has won the Club Website Award for the year. I couldn’t have done it without your service and its excellent tools. Thanks for a great product!

Already have a system (or a spreadsheet)?

Send us whatever you have — an export from another platform, spreadsheets, even paper rosters you’ve typed up — and our team migrates your club free, usually within a week. The 45-day trial leaves plenty of time to run real club work before you decide.

FAQ

MemberDay for Kiwanis clubs

Is MemberDay affiliated with Kiwanis International?

No — MemberDay is independent software, and clubs don’t need anyone’s permission to use it. Our founder previously served as CTO at Kiwanis International, which is why the platform fits Kiwanis workflows so naturally.

We used Portalbuzz. Is MemberDay really its successor?

Yes — MemberDay was founded by the Portalbuzz founders after Aplos shut the platform down in 2024, and rebuilt from scratch on modern technology. Former Portalbuzz clubs will recognize the philosophy immediately.

Can MemberDay handle our club’s dues and the district/international layer?

MemberDay manages your club’s own roster, dues, and finances. Official Kiwanis International reporting stays in their systems — most clubs run MemberDay for daily club life and report up as usual.

What does it cost?

$29/month (or $319/year) flat for unlimited members. The website builder is a $10/month add-on. 45-day free trial, free member-data migration, no contract.
