MemberDay 2026: One Flat Price, No Per-Member Fees

Today we’re launching MemberDay’s 2026 plans — and with them, a bigger, faster, better platform than the one many of you joined. Here’s the short version:

• MemberDay Core — $29/month or $319/year. No per-member fees. Everything a club needs to run: member management, dues and invoicing, meetings and events, volunteer sign-ups, committees, email, file storage, MemberChat, task management, and real iOS/Android mobile apps for every member.
• MemberDay Plus — $49/month or $539/year. Everything in Core, plus the AI assistant, AI-assisted survey and form builder, meeting check-in, and the document creator.
• Add-ons — Website Builder ($10/mo), Facility Rental ($10/mo), and Equipment Checkout ($5/mo) work with either plan.
• The trial is now 45 days — up from 14. More on why below.

Annual billing gets you one month free. And as always: no setup fees, no contracts, and zero markup on payments.

Flat pricing isn’t a gimmick — it’s the whole point

Most club software charges by size: per member, per contact, or by tier brackets. It sounds fair until you notice what it does — it taxes growth. Recruit ten members, watch your software bill climb. Keep lapsed members and event contacts in your database (as you should), get pushed into the next pricing tier.

We think that’s backwards. Your software should be cheering for your membership drive, not billing it. On MemberDay, member count and contact lists never change your bill. A 30-member club and a 300-member club pay exactly the same flat price.

Zero payment markup stays. Forever.

This one matters more than most clubs realize. Many platforms take a cut of every dues payment and event registration that flows through them — typically 1.5% to 4% on top of standard card processing fees. For a club processing $10,000 a year, that’s $150–$400 quietly skimmed off money members intended for their club.

MemberDay connects to your club’s own Stripe account. You pay Stripe’s standard card fee, and MemberDay adds nothing. Your dues are your dues. We publish the math on our pricing page — including a calculator that compares real year-one costs against other platforms.

What this means for current subscribers

MemberDay began in a Kiwanis club meeting in 2003, grew into Portalbuzz, and was reborn in 2024 when that platform shut down.
